Rental Policy- Please Read Before Signing Up

By clicking Submit on the Sign Up form you agree to the following Rental Policies-

Rent movies and games for up to 4 days, post mark to post mark. After 5 days a late fee of $1.00 per day may be assessed.

Rentals are to be returned in the provided self addressed post marked envelope.

We will only ship disks in good condition so please return rentals in the same condition they are received.

If you receive a rental in bad or questionable condition please let us know immediately support@yellowrover.com. We will arrange to have a replacement sent at no additional charge.

If a rental is returned to us in worse condition we may assess a replacement fee of $5.00 and restrict your access to yellowrover.com.

If you encounter hardships receiving or sending your rentals please contact us immediately at support@yellowrover.com.
